Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
